Amazing turnaround for quality diagnosis and repair. Both Shane (initial tech for diagnosis) and Tadd (follow-up repair service) were good guys and very professional. I scheduled same day service on a Saturday; Shane ordered part. Delivered Monday. So initial Thursday repair rescheduled for Tuesday and we were back up and running. Amazing!
Shane Williams arrived at my home to service our Samsung gas range. Shane was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what was going on with our range in a way that was easily understood, logical and reasonable. It is clear that Shane very knowledgeable and quite the technician. Shane went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with, would not hesitate to use your services again because of my experience with Shane.
