Tech came first initial assessment on my broken dishwasher and ordered the part to be installed. 2 no show appointments (waiting all day since the service repair window is 8am-5pm) and now almost one month with broken dishwasher and the part sitting here to be installed. Only AI customer service available and it is not good at handling issues like this. Very frustrating experience.
She was severely lacking in people skills. I have used Sears Repair services almost all my adult life through manufacturers coverage and through Sears Warranty services. Most encounters were pleasant. Today I encountered someone looking a way to deny service instead of repair my appliance. I will never recommend SEARS. A&E or Chouce Home Warranty services again
Jeremy was amazing. 10 minutes tops
The technician never showed up to put the parts in the dishwasher, and never contacted us to tell us he wasn’t going to make it. BUT Sears text is showing like the tech actually came although he never did. Never called to let us know anything. Nothing. Sad report. We have been Customers with Sears Master Appliance Plan for 20 years. Never had such issues as we have with our refrigerator tech or dishwasher tech as we have experienced this last year.
