Extremely knowledgeable tech and quick.
The tech (Glen) was very skill at his job. He arrived on time and went right to work. Due to what the part would cost vs replacing my washer, I decided to replace it. If I ever need a appliance repaired again, hope he'll be available to come again.
He lied to us and said part was on back order and told company something else now they wont fix my product which they lied and said that would be fixed or replaced just to sell their insurance I will no longer buy their insurance
