The service person from Sears, Patrick, was so professional and patient . Really happy with the service.
Patrick was very pleasant.
Although the diagnosis didn’t result in a fix, John was candid before he arrived about the probability of being able to replace any broken parts on my fridge. I asked him to come and while my fridge wasn’t fixed (part wasn’t available), he gave the best service he was able.
