Tech gets 5 star. Sears get 0 stars. What a sorry excuse for a repair company. 4 appointments with 3 no shows and no calls. They are 100% AI with zero customer service. This was warranty work, otherwise I’d gone with someone else. If you don’t have to use Sears don’t!!!
Repair of snow thrower
Technician Mario did nothing to help diagnose the issue of my machine, said he would not touch it and went out of his way to offer to word the diagnosis to LG so they could help. He then ended up lying to me about doing that and worded everything even worse, which resulted in me losing out on over a thousand dollars for my family. Terrible company. Terrible technicians. I would never recommend using Sears for repairs.
Service tech was friendly, punctual, helpful, polite and informative.
