Worst company and no management. Warranty is all crap. It's not the techs fault but management. How do I know you ask? I worded there for 20 years and was terminated under FMLA. The techs got a pay cut across the nation. Everything is AI generated including when you call in.They treat techs like garbage and are not family oriented. They want the techs to call in on anything and someone else tells them if they can order the parts needed for repair. The one who comes to your home can't do anything to help. The technician spotted my problem right off was able to fix it without any new parts. He also gave me several tips on the use of my machine. I recommend him to anybody that needs needs a repairman for the washer
