John was excellent with repairing our refrigerator after two weeks of it not working. I was able to schedule same day service and the price was very reasonable. Communication was great through the entire process and John also was great with explanations and answering my questions
Great job done very professionally
We removed the washer pedestal drawer before the service appointment today knowing it would have to be removed to make the repair. This was done ahead of time because one of us fell recently resulting in a broken arm and leg and the other one had planned surgery two days ago. Good service, but we are now unable to return the washer pedestal drawer to its base. We were told he couldn’t replace the drawer for us because it is an accessory part.
