Mathew with sears home services was extremely polite ,h showed up on time and took care of our wash machine problems like a pro, his experience allowed him to make a repair decision follow thru with parts and repair . Thanks so much Mathew ,repair persons of your caliber are extremely hard to find and even harder to hold on to, I will be requesting you personally when I use this service .
The service tech was great. We decided to buy a new washer instead of repairing the old one. He gave me great information. I think his name was BJ.
Donald was not only professional but very knowledgeable efficient clean you tidied up he was very manly I can't say enough good because he is welcome back anytime and a good representation of what a service technician is when we think of one! Thank you Donald you are a great man!
