Donald was not only professional but very knowledgeable efficient clean you tidied up he was very manly I can't say enough good because he is welcome back anytime and a good representation of what a service technician is when we think of one! Thank you Donald you are a great man!
John was excellent with repairing our refrigerator after two weeks of it not working. I was able to schedule same day service and the price was very reasonable. Communication was great through the entire process and John also was great with explanations and answering my questions
