David was thorough, polite and professional. Fortunately, the issue involved a more complete cleaning of the exhaust outlet and filter. Once the cleaning was completed there was plenty of heated air through the exhaust.
It was clear that he Is very experienced. His explanations were very clear and his demeanor, pleasant.
Bryan was great. Very professional, diagnosed the problem in minutes and shared a lot of knowledge on the current dishwasher and other potential brands if we needed to get a new one. Would highly recommend.
