Absolutely obscene rates. My Maytag electric dryer stopped working. I called Sears for a diagnosis in hopes they could fix it. The technicians determined it needed a new motor and would charge $650 to replace the motor only. I couldn’t justify the cost of repair as a new dryer would cost me $600 delivered and installed. I looked up the cost of a new motor to consider doing the repair myself, and found a new motor from an appliance parts retailer for $75. I cannot recommend this Jim highly enough! Although there were a few visits needed to complete the work, He was always courteous, respectful, and professional. What really stood out was his commitment- He never gave up until the job was done right. Their perseverance and dedication made him truly exceptional.
