I think my Sears Techs.wewe very good and did a Professional Job .l'm rating them a 5 for doing such a excellant job.
Brent came to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator, and Shanon came back to replace the part after it was shipped. Both men were friendly, professional, thorough, and speedy. Great service both times! I will definitely use Sears again!
Shannon was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.
It took four trips to get my oven fixed the wrong part was ordered three times. I had to take off work four days and on one the visits that was scheduled the repair man did not come. The phone number to talk to a person is very hard to find they said he would call but never did. Hopefully it is fixed.
