Very nice, polite, on time.
This was the third visit for the same issue. The PREVIOUS serviceman before this one said we needed door hinge/brackets and added that if the parts did not fix the problem we would be refunded the price of the parts. After they did not fix the problem, I told this new tech what the previous tech told us. The new tech's reply was, "you mean you want me to take off the hinges I just put on?" Not the correct reply.
