This will be the third time in a year that my washer has had to be looked at. It's a Kenmore top load.... the Sears Repairman came on Sept. 6 and said he couldn't find anything wrong, it had been not working, it started working but I kept the appt. It took over a month for them to come, I was supposed to be seen in August 24 which was two weeks away then it was changed to September 6th. Sears service is excellent. So glad they recommend a yearly warranty check on their products. I will no longer buy from any other company
