I’m beyond upset w the service. My tech came last week and said he had to order a part so I had to wait another week. He came back this morning to fix it and now since him working on it the dryer will not heat up to dry my clothes. I texted technician back n waiting on his response. You would think that the technician should have made sure the dryer was working properly before leaving.
Brad arrived on time and proceeded to completely check out our dryer. He fixed the problem and was on his way.
I absolutely do not recommend relying on these people to service anything in your home. The compressor on our LG refrigerator went out months ago. LG contacted Sears for the repair. Today was our 6th or 7th appointment since December. All but one have been no-shows. On the one appointment where a technician did arrive, he was in the home maybe 5 minutes to confirm it was indeed the compressor, but he was unable to fix it because he “didn't have the compressor in the truck with him”. Service Ticket was cancelled unilaterally. Technician neither called nor informed me that he was not going to show up anymore. I sat here waiting in vain. I guess it is in Tandem with them quoting me $50 by phone yesterday during booking, and then sending a bill for $99 this morning to pay today. Real bad business practice.
