I need to speak to a real person. Every time I call for service I can only get AI. I want to speak to the warranty department because my unit is still under warranty. The tech wrote an estimate and I didn't accept it because I was on vacation at the time. But now I want to get the work done and I cannot get the service order. I also need the warranty coverage resolved. Very very poor service if you need to discuss anything.
