Harvey McClanahan was AMAZING!! He obviously knew what he was doing, and worked alone, even though having a helper to move a high-end, heavy, dual fuel range would have been nice for him. He wanted to ensure the job got done today. He fixed what had been left broken by the last servicemen. He tested everything before he left, to ensure proper functioning. I would recommend him to anyone.
I have several complaints about the diagnostic service. 1 - They arrived on time but sat outside of my house for an hour. 2 - They asked me to sign something without explaining or allowing me to read it, twice. 3 - They presented the price for the repair without telling me what the problems were, I had to directly ask AFTER they had already asked for a signature and payment (which I refused until they answered). 4 - the machine had given me a fault code and I was expecting to pay for the repair of that part but they added 2 ... read more
The technician arrived on time, was friendly and completed the washer repair in less than 30 minutes which included a quick cycle check. Thirty minutes after he departed my wife started a mid-size load of laundry. She checked the machine 15 minutes into the cycle to find a flooded first floor from the laundry room to the front door with 1-2 inches of flowing water. I had to take the day off in order to remove the water from our home. It cost me more than double the repair to address this issue and we are still in the process... read more
Repair took a while but I understand these can be hard to work on. However my issue is that the old cartridge that had soap in it was replaced and when he put it in the box that the new one came in he put it in there upside down. He said they do not remove the old parts and boxes as those are the owners responsibility. I had to leave when he did and when I came back there was laundry soap all over the floor.
