Tech shows up 3 weeks later, no parts no clue of problem. Victor, the repairman gets 5 stars! He was quite knowledgeable and fixed the dryer quickly. Sears Appliance repair customer service, on the other hand, gets 0 stars! You cannot even call a specific shop. EVERY number goes to an automated AI service rep named Samantha! Samantha even told me there are no live agents...only her. We put in a claim for our AC and they assigned Sears to us. Our repair guy was supposed to come between 8-5, around 4:40 I had to call Sears because the guy hadn’t shown up yet. Sears never contacted us directly when I tried to call to find out what time our repair guys was coming I got an AI person. I was told they were delayed and they should have contacted me.
