Victor, the repairman gets 5 stars! He was quite knowledgeable and fixed the dryer quickly. Sears Appliance repair customer service, on the other hand, gets 0 stars! You cannot even call a specific shop. EVERY number goes to an automated AI service rep named Samantha! Samantha even told me there are no live agents...only her. We put in a claim for our AC and they assigned Sears to us. Our repair guy was supposed to come between 8-5, around 4:40 I had to call Sears because the guy hadn’t shown up yet. Sears never contacted us directly when I tried to call to find out what time our repair guys was coming I got an AI person. I was told they were delayed and they should have contacted me. Got an appointment for Friday mar 6 with a time frame of 8 to 5. All day, really?! Took time off work to wait for them. 3 pm comes around and i get and AI message they wont be showing up and I need to reschedule for 3/18. I have a newborn at home and it's getting too hot to have with out AC. Find someone else!!
