Excellent service... Jeff is very knowledgable!
Waited long time to get parts, parts FINALLY came only they say they can't fix it because of burnt wiring, didnt take the now unless parts, supposed to get a replacement fridge but can't get a hold of anybody to order it or confirm if it's coming. Never order from best buy as they have sears home warranty service. NEVER get sears home warranty service. AI is all I ever get. I still have a broken fridge and parts sitting here that are now useless because repair tech didnt take them.
I'd put no stars if I could. The guy came an taped the hose didn't repair it leaked again a week later.
Jeff is very knowledgeable and explained various things that the homeowner can maintain on our washing machine. Great job by Jeff in his support.
