He was great he kept me informed of what was going on
He ordered our ice maker from Amazon. Paid 85.00 for it but charged us over 250.00. I understand mark up but that was way over priced. Kris had to come back again because there was a wire not connected. In the mean time I was buying bags of ice. I even told Kris that he spelled my last name wrong, and never did get it right.
Very disappointed. I made an appointment two days ago for a microwave repair. The time slot for the technician’s arrival was 8 AM to 5 PM. I rescheduled my day and took off work to wait for the technician. At 2:30 PM, I got a text message that the technician will not be arriving today. The message included options for rescheduling the appointment, but the soonest availability was seven calendar days from today. Seriously?? Awful.
