If my calcs are correct, your service protection plan paid a total of $3005.49 for 4 service tech visits to repair our fridge, whose purchase cost was $2700!!! When do you finally determine when a new replacement unit is warranted? Your call, but not sure how you make money with this process, and stretching out the repair for weeks is not really fair to the customer.
