Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful technician. We received good advice for future maintenance we can perform ourselves. Diagnosed and fixed the issue with our washer quickly. Very happy with our service. We will be calling them again for future repairs.
This company is horrible to deal with and impossible to contact. They cancel appointments an hour prior to arrival then AI rescheduled it without talking to you. When you can finally talk to a human they are clueless. Avoid them if you can!
