Jake communicated his arrival time. He was polite and had good knowledge of the appliance. He took time to explain the solution and the problem was resolved.
Service technician was very professional, explained the situation well, did a great work and left no mess. This was a warranty repair on our stovetop.
Jake was very pleasant and from what I could tell did a thorough job of checking for multiple issues. He covers a large area, lots of time on the road. Charge seemed high but he needs to get paid and cover overhead. If you cant/wont do it yourself you need a Jake.
