Called them because our washing machine was leaking. The first guy they sent out told us there was nothing wrong with the machine and to call a plumber because the drain must be backed up. Once we ensured there was no issue with our drains we tried to have them back out because the machine was still leaking (it ended up being a faulty water level sensor) and the technician didn't even show up. Tried to call and see what our next move was, and to get our money back, but the phone AI just told us it "couldn't help with that." ... read more
