She was very thorough until she connected me to a repair shop in California! They sent me a charge of $5.00 that I did not expect and that charge turned out to be $47.00! It was taken out of my checking account. I talked with a tech about my problem and he told me several things that it could be. I thought that I was going to schedule an appointment to have someone fix it?
