Service tech did a thorough check of the problem but, of course, the problem would not re-occur while he was at our home. He anticipates that it may need a new software upgrade module, but could not positively verify. Will wait for problem to re-occur, and will then try to document any new data. Hopefully, a more serious issue doesn’t arise.

Technician misdiagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. He said it would be $700 to have it repaired. He also said we had an infestation of wolf spiders under the dishwasher which turned out to be a bit of dog hair. It's been impossible to reach a real person to discuss my complaint. I ended up troubleshooting the problem myself a 70-year-old woman and got the dishwasher to work.
