The repair was not done. We have been rescheduled 5 times and waiting a whole month, since 2/23. We want our money back. How do we get refunded for work not done?
Horrible. Technician broke a pipe and basically said i needed to replace it myself with a part from home depot. He didn't level nor test cycle. A 30 minute job turned into 2 hours and he still didn't complete it. Ended up redoing everything but electric wiring. This 4th time dealing with sears appliance Technicians and have yet to get the work they were sent to do completed. Canceling warranty asap.
Tech was nice and informative.
