Worst experience of my life. Repairs take at least a month. Sears has deployed AI bots but without the human intelligence. The system is broken so you end up in loops with chat and phone calls. Near impossible to speak with a human. The window for repair is always the entire day until the day of and then it’s a rolling 2 hour window all day right up until they cancel.
It took three scheduled appointments before the problem was finally fixed. On the first two occasions, the technicians went to the wrong address. In addition, the first technician misdiagnosed the problem and ordered an unnecessary part. Although I was eventually refunded for the part, the entire process caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I am very disappointed.
In the beginning, communication did not go well. It was resolved and taken care of. Thanks to Mr. Phillip the technition, all was done in a proper manner. Thanks for takeing care of our A/C window unit problem.
