Tech was great. Ridiculous that you want to charge a $139.00 service fee for each appliance when he's already here. One visit, one service fee. I did not have him work on 2 other appliances that need attention bc of that.
Scott was great! Professional but personable at the same time. He knew what to do and got right down to business. The fix was simple and quick. And we bonded over our dogs bad behavior.
Technician did not fix the problem! My husband went to start a load of laundry when the tech was literally on his way out of our driveway, and the same exact problem and error code occured. I called him immediately and he indicated that because he had closed the order he could not come back and fix the problem and I would need to schedule another appointment. I have been a huge fan of Sears and their warranty for 25 years, but Sears products and service has really gone down hill and I will advise my son who is building a new... read more
