Was very cordial as well as on time . Very knowledgeable, fixed the problem quickly.
Scott the service guy was great. He would call to let us know when he was on his way. He explained everything he was doing. He was very careful with removing and replacing the defective part. He made sure everything was back in working order, and cleaned up everything before he left. Thank you Scott.
