Once parts arrived, Scott came early on Saturday and got the job done quickly. I appreciate that he was able to schedule my repair for Saturday.
Overall a good experience. It would have been helpful if when I was told that we could select an earlier date for the initial visit from what had been scheduled, there was no link in the text or email to do this. I would have like that opportunity.
