Service technician was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the reason he was knowledgeable about the situation was because it’s a common issue with this model of Kenmore refrigerator. The Only remedy now is to fall out the refrigerator for two days.
Clayton was very pleasant and professional. I appreciated his help tremendously.
Technician declared our appliance too old to fix. We then went on the Sears Appliance Parts site and bought the igniter part needed. We will install it ourselves. We wasted $125 by trusting Sears. So disappointed.
