Patrick was fast at getting his job done. At no fault of his own, I would say this is between Sears and AHS. We kept getting rescheduled and canceled and when trying to figure it out over phone or online there was no one to talk to. Both Sears and AHS could do better! But Patrick was great!

Joe was very accommodating. Wish you had appointment times during week. Hard for people who work. I waited. A month .
Got the element changed in the oven just fine, but he didn't turn the breaker back on and test it to ensure everything was working and he really scratched our kitchen floor up moving the range around.
The technician, Joel, was friendly and knowledgeable.
