My technician was excellent in informing me about what he was doing about what could potentially be the outcome in the future. Looking at all the details of my washing machine yeah anyways it was it was really good.
Patrick was on time and efficient. He was knowledgeable about the cooktop and explained parts were not available for our unit making the replacement of the unit necessary. Thank you Patrick
Patrick was fast at getting his job done. At no fault of his own, I would say this is between Sears and AHS. We kept getting rescheduled and canceled and when trying to figure it out over phone or online there was no one to talk to. Both Sears and AHS could do better! But Patrick was great!
