The technician - Josh - was friendly and appeared knowledgeable. I have no issues with his service. However, the wrong part was sent the first time. The (same) wrong part was sent the 2nd time. Finally, the correct part was sent the 3rd time and Josh was able to complete the repair. He had to come to my house 4 times in all (including the initial visit) to complete this simple repair and it took nearly 2 months from the time I reported the issue before it was finally completed.
We have had Cortez as our service repair several times in the past. He is always very nice and professional. He lets us know exactly what he is doing and what it will take for the repair. We would recommend him everytime if you have any appliance that needs repair.
The Technician was very professional. Focused and thorough in his duties. Only complaint is having to wait a full week for a part that is readily available in a neighboring city a half hour drive away. Come on Sears explore your options give your techs what they need
J is an excellent technician. He will stay at it until the problem is solved and corrected. He verifies that the unit is safe to operate. While thoroughly professional he is also very personable. An excellent person to work at people's homes. An all around fine person.
