The young man by the name of Jashawn was my technician today and he was Amazing!! He was really good on finding the problem and explaining it to me and my husband. And being completely honest and transparent about the issue. Thank you again Jashawn for taking care of us. Now our AC is pushing out that good old cold air 🥰

Technician was 2 hours late & when he arrived he didn't have a ladder to access the attic space where the AC unit that needs repairs is located. He stated that there was no access when the technician from 2 days prior had no issue in accessing. He left the ladder along with insulation & mud from his boots on my carpet. As well, when I approached him at the condensing unit outside, he appeared very perplexed. Ultimately, I will never use Sears Appliance Repair services ever again!
Service was excellent and all appears to be in great working order again.
