Nothing done. Technician left without repairing the AC. Said you would not allow him to go into the attic.
My cost was with American Home Shield, $100.00. My technician was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was looking at. Problem got fixed!!!
The technician - Josh - was friendly and appeared knowledgeable. I have no issues with his service. However, the wrong part was sent the first time. The (same) wrong part was sent the 2nd time. Finally, the correct part was sent the 3rd time and Josh was able to complete the repair. He had to come to my house 4 times in all (including the initial visit) to complete this simple repair and it took nearly 2 months from the time I reported the issue before it was finally completed.
