The technicians were awesome. The scheduling times and windows are very inconvenient. The technician repaired in a timely manner it just took 3 visits to have it done. I would give a 3 rating but the technician was awesome
Rating 3 stars because the service guy that came out was really nice. Told the guy I wasn’t sure if it was the electrical outlet or the dryer. He said the electrical outlet was positive. However, was told that we needed a new control board for our dryer that would cost $868. We declined since we could just buy a new dryer for that price. We bought a new dryer and had it delivered and installed and it didn’t work. Come to find out, it wasn’t the dryer that was broke or even needed a new control board. He knew his stuff. I was very pleased with his performance!
The tech’s were great. The company sucks. 2 cancelled appointments, one of them after I had to leave work early to be there.No way to talk to a live person. Never again with this company.
