Aaron and Sears did a great job repairing my GE Cafe dishwasher when the heating element broke. I feel it was overpriced but everything is really expensive these days
The technician they send was awesome, however the Sears home warranty services itself is terrible! Initially they said they would not be able to send a repair man today so they tried to get me to cancel but I didn’t I kept calling to confirm the order so they eventually sent a technician! It is impossible to get a live person on the line, which is horrible customer service! But Aaron was great, he did a good job communicating about when he will be here and he fixed my dryer in a reasonable timeframe!
I’ve been waiting on the repair of my refrigerator for over a month, and multiple technicians were supposed to show up only to find out that they have been ordering the wrong parts delivered to my home. Today I was supposed to have an appointment for a technician to come and repair everything. After taking off of work and being present in the home, I received an email saying that they had already completed the order even though nobody has shown up.
