The technician was excellent in finding the problem with our freezer, and was excellent in making the repairs. I would definitely use his services again. There was a little mix up with the parts coming in when expected, but it all worked out. So happy to have the freezer repaired.
Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. I'd rate him a 6!
