My mom has warranty for this part. The only thing I am upset with, this is my mom’s second time in a month to have her washer worked on for the same part. She had not been able to wash clothes for a month because of this part. When the part came in I called to reschedule the appt two weeks ago and when I spoke to the agent she told us that there is another part that needs to come in and there wasn’t any other part order.
