The repair guy know exactly what to do and finish the repair in a short time
I love Gordon, who works on my general electric wash machine. But this last time he said there’s nothing wrong and yet I know there is when it shifts years from Washington draining to spinning to rinsing. It’s still making a grinding noise that should not be there and was not there. And he says nothing wrong but something is wrong.
Repair was fast and efficient. The correct parts arrived prior to his visit. Steven communicated twice with the timeline for arrival. He was very professional.
Gordon was very professional and knowledgeable with years of experience. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately, got the parts ordered, and then returned for parts installation. He notified us in advance of each visit with an estimated time that was right on the money and then notified us when he was on his way to our home. Great service and the repair solved the issues!! Thank you.
