He was very nice and knowledgeable
Steven worked hard to try and resolve the problem. My only issue I have is the overall company not notifying me that the repair man(not sure which repair man that was) was not showing up on one of the scheduled/appointment days. I/people wait between the 8-5 hours for someone to come and there is no call, text or email notifying that they are not making it on that scheduled day. I understand running out of time during the day because of how long some jobs may take, but we should be notified.
Steven was here on time and figured out in a hurry what the problem was. Problem I have is with Choice Home Warranty wanting to give us $197.00 for a new microwave which we will have to have someone install it for another $169 to $195 .
He figured out the problem and ordered the replacement parts. He came back a second time and took care of it. Would use this service again!!!
