Our Sears technician was great. Called ahead. Worked efficiently. Missed something the first time was apologetic and had to return but we were pleased with his work ethic, knowledge and care. Thank you Sears
The Sears Technician called and asked if he could arrive before the time block as he finished earlier than planned at the previous appointment. Of course I said yes! The Tech arrived and was quick but thorough, courteous and clean. He advised me on all the he was doing and gave pointers to keep appliances running smoothly for years to come. Very Happy with the Sears and their Technician.
