This guy didn't even try to check the dryer. He simply looked behind it and said the problem was the vent hose. This cost me $119.00. I highly recommend using a different repair company.
Tech was very personable. Couldn't do anything as part was not available. Gave me general idea of part cost and labor . He felt it was control board failure, as automatic defrost was not working properly.
After multiple attempts to repair my washer no one was able to do so and the machine is only 5 years old!
