Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He worked very efficiently and had my refrigerator up and running in a short amount of time.
Took 3 service technicians to fix problem. Still have parts that last technician says we don't need. They had to order more parts. Maybe it's fixed now.
Technician had no idea how to fix refrigerator. He kept going back to his truck and consulting the Internet for information on how to fix it. That was after their third trip out to our house. Ultimately, we got a partial refund only and had to call another company out to actually do the repair work. Very disappointed.
