They are HORRIBLE !!!!! They never show up for the appointment!!! But they sign off on appointment claiming they did.
Technician did a wonderful Jobs Professional quick and clean. The Issue for us is the length of time it took to get this repair completed. Hire additional Technicians and let them be trained by the Technician that repaired our Refigerator today! LG has to do better by the Customer .
Fantastic service. The technician went beyond the call of duty .
