EDIT: The Sears bot responded with a canned response saying that this "isn't the service they aim to provide"...well, it clearly is as you can see with a little scroll of other reviews just like mine. The bot did leave a number to call. Unless they can give me my time back I don't see the point in calling- probably not a human on the other end, anyway. Scheduled 3 days in advance for Monday 8am-5pm. Update said technician would arrive between 10-11am and they would call if delayed. They never called. At 4:30pm I got an update that the technician would arrive between 4:30-5:30pm. Then at 4:50pm I was rescheduled for two days from today. Nicholas knows his business….quickly identified the problem on his initial inspection and ordered the needed part. The part arrived in three days and he installed it two days later..the replacement was completed in minimal time. Great job!
