Will never use this company for anything again ! Twice in a couple weeks I tried them first for washing machine and then for my dryer, just wasted $260 just for them to come out and nothing was accomplished. Didn’t even call me to find out the issue for my dryer just showed up . Didn’t have the part needed which was the heating element for my dryer. Labor costs are ridiculous as it would cost $470 for a 10 minute job.
Our technician was most professional and well experienced.
Friendly, shows up when he says he will and knowledgeable.
This was the second tech to come out for same repair. Tech verified previous tech estimate and when he contacted 2-10 was able to get through and get my deductible reimbursed. He did a great job assist me.
