Charles was fantastic! But the customer service dept sucks
The worst experience I have ever had. They have no cancelled my appointment 6 times the day of appointment. Terrible experience. There is not even people to talk to directly to get the problem solved either. I would give a negative 5 stars here if I could. I have been told to call the number listed but it’s an international call center. I have called that number at least 5 on multiple occasions and the customer service folks telling me that they cannot schedule the service until the part arrives.. the part arrived at my hous... read more
Todd did a great job. He gave me an estimate for the work to be done which I accepted and did the repair on my dryer. He was very polite and professional.
I ended up calling another repair shop that said He misdiagnosed the problem. The oven didn’t need the electric panel he said it needed. And he said the panel was over $800 and would take 8 weeks to get here. I purchased the panel elsewhere to be installed (received in 10 days) before learning it didn’t need to be replaced. Overall it cost me an unnecessary $650. I will never call Sears again. Sears replied and asked I contact them, which I did with promises that someone would get back to me regarding getting my money back. ... read more
