THE GENTLEMAN THAT SHOWED UP WAS GENEROUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND CAREFUL ABOUT REMOVING PARTS AND PLACING THEM DOWN. I HAVE HAD OTHER REPAIRMAN FROM THIRD PARTY COMPANIES THAT HAVE NO RESPECT FOR WHERE THEY LAY THEIR TOOLS AND HOW ROUGHLY THEY LAY THEM. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH SEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTMENT WITH REPAIRS TO MY REFRIGERATOR, WASHER, DRYER, AND STOVE.
I can't remember our technician's name, but he was very helpful. Not only did he fix my dryer but gave me tips about some other problems I was having with other appliances. He was pleasant and not stuffy and seemed to care about my business. Most of the time, I get people who rush through and only care to collect the money. I would go through Sear's again for an appliance issue.
The tech arrived on time. He was rude and argumentative the entire time he was here. For everything we asked him to do he started with there is nothing I can do about that. One problem he resolved anyway, even though he said there was nothing he could do about it, the other problem he blamed on the sears tech who originally installed the oven and refused to even try to look at it.
Fantastic service the tech arrived between the schedule time and serviced both of my Sony tv's and was very helpful explaining what service he was performing.
A very knowledgeable service man did the annual maintenance on our refrigerator, washer and dryer. On time and and gave us a few tips to watch for with our dryer.
NICE, GOOD, CLEAN FAST AND WILL SEE IF IS NO A SHORT TERM REPARATION FOR THIS PARTICULAR CASE, I LIKE THE SERVICE AND HOW THEY TOKE ACTION
Alvin, the repairman, tech #0506071 did an excellent check on my Fridge, microwave and stackable washer and dryer. He even cleaned out the dryer vent which the previous three years the Sears technician did NOT!
