John came and replaced a part in the freezer of my refrigerator. He was not engaging in any conversation about what was to be repaired. I asked him if he was advised or knew what the problem was with the freezer, he said, and I paraphrase, "No, I don't, but then I'm the one that's got to fix it." He didn't offer any information about the freezer, i.e, like if it acts up again, etc. I offered to tell him what went wrong with the freezer and he was totally disinterested. He was fine, I asked why theres a film in my dishwasher and he just didnt know or care to find out. That was both techs that came to my house.
