The technician, Phillip, arrived on time, called first, did an excellent job looking over the refrigerator. The remainder of this post has to do with their scheduling, not the technician. If Sears had a 100% better method of scheduling service, I would consider signing up for another maintenance agreement. I have had one consistently since 2012 when I bought the refrigerator but now they hide behind AI making it almost impossible to talk to a person.
