The service was good and the technician was great. The problem was getting the parts but it is done now.
Very professional and explained the issue on the dryer and I will recommend him.
Initial visit diagnosed the wrong issue. When he returned to install the ordered part, he discovered it was a different problem. He had to order a new part, and he came today to install it. He left, assuring us it works, yet the dryer still does not heat up, which was the problem we first called about. UPDATING: It's now worse. Fourth visit scheduled on Oct 1; technician never arrived. Called and rescheduled for Oct 2, but it was not entered into their system, and no technician is available today. Now I have to clear another... read more
