My microwave was repaired. He came promptly accessed the problem ordered the parts came back fixed the problem. He was a efficient worker.
Andy walked me through instructions on my new Frigidaire dishwasher on what the manual failed to explain. He was not only a repairman but a teacher.
Andy’s was a pleasure. It was a second time he came to our house he teased just like he’s like family. He’s a great tech technician would recommend him always.
Richard was wonderful, however service was abysmal! Appointment kept getting pushed back with no explanation and with AI no way to speak to a live voice. After a week waiting for Richard to be rescheduled we were informed it is irreparable. We now will be at least two weeks without a refrigerator and have no idea how to proceed for replacement reimbursement. We have had a service contract with Sears since 2011.
