Had sears repair man come to fix my refrigerator he was here about 45 min ..added a little freon to my refrigerator..then left not even an hour after he left it was back up to 50 degrees..tried to get ahold of someone to discuss issue but you can not talk to live person it's AI robot ..then it said I would be charged another 129.00 to have them come back to service it...it wasn't fixed the first time so they should charge me anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it's very hard to talk to anyone and you can't get your money back.... read more
