Dennis was fine. He did show up unlike Nathan that was scheduled on July 22nd and cancelled at 4:52 pm. However my washer still isn't fixed as Dennis did not have the rods he needed in order to fix it. I am not happy or pleased as I have had to now take 3 days off work and I should have only had to take 1. I am hoping on August 1st someone shows up. World class service from a very knowledgeable guy! He discovered that the previous tech you sent misdiagnosed the issue with my dishwasher and quickly fixed the problem allowing me to return the parts that were suggested but not needed, thus, saving me a ton of money.
