David was first class. Arrived same day we called. Knew exactly what to do. Fixed our issues quickly and the cost was very reasonable. He was easy to talk to and very professional.

I made an appointment a week in advance and they told me they would text the day before with a timeframe, as a reminder. They texted us the day before saying they would be there from 8am-5pm and that they would text us 30 min before the technician was on his way. Waited ALL day, I finally called around 4:15pm and the rep said she didn't have a technician scheduled to our home address and she could schedule me for the following week. NO THANKS!!!!!!!!!!! Just to speak with someone on the phone takes forever.
