DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! THE ORGANIZATION THAT IS CONTRACTED WILL SELL YOUR BANKING OR CCARD INFORMATION TO OTHER VENDORS WHO WILL BEGIN CHARGING YOU FOR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!! Please do not use Sears Appliance Repair as I have been waiting for a $800.00 refund since October 2024. Every number I utilize I get the same runaround that my refund is pending and it is a scheduling company not Sears.
