I paid a Sears repairman $300 to fix my washer (with code OE draining issue). He showed up late, spent 20 minutes in my laundry room then packed up his gear, said it was fixed, handed me the bill and left. When I used the washer an hour later it showed code OE as it did before the repairman arrived. The company made no effort to deal with the issue and, after 3 days of calling to complain they closed my repair order. Sears was able to get out here within a week and the tech was very nice and polite.
The repair tech was great but this company is nothing but a scam. They quoted me $130 to come repair my dryer and said the part would be covered under my 10 year limited part warranty. Cost jumped to $350 to replace a $35 part in less than 2 minutes. Trying to get in touch with anybody to discuss everything is a nightmare. Find another company to do your repairs!
