Friendly and Knowledgeable technician.
The two different technicians that came to work on my appliance did their job by diagnosing the problem and on the follow up to install the parts. However, I waited 2 months for the parts to arrive. Sears kept pushing the date further away as to when a technician was coming. After complaining multiple times to Sears and American Home Shield, a “ conversion kit” shows up at my house. Sears once again says the parts won’t arrive in time and reschedules for the technician to come. I then go through the nonsense of telling them ... read more
