The technician was, friendly, hardworking and fixed it quickly.
He followed all difficult instructions to get to my place, and figured out the problem, which fixed itself when he started the machine again... it had been blocked in the drain and wasn't emptying... I think it was a disposable diaper or pad accidentally left in the clothes.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had. I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out. They waited until the day of the appointment (after they were scheduled to be here) to tell me they weren't coming. Then offered me an appointment a week away. There's absolutely no way to call and speak with a representative.
