I scheduled a next day appliance repair appointment online, which was super easy. I was given a time frame of 8 am - 12 pm today. The technician never showed, and I didn't receive a phone call, text, or email notification. I attempted to call customer service after 12 pm, but there were no humans, just automations telling me my appointment is still scheduled.
