After 3 appointments, my dishwasher still leaks (showed him where the silicon was coming off inside the washer, in addition to the bad seal he replaced), and the door was not reconnected correctly after he removed it. Now scheduled for a 4th appt, which was incredibly hard to obtain since Sears only uses AI for customer service.
We are now gonna come out for a fourth time to try and fix my cooktop. We splice wires together the first time on new parts. We didn’t order the right parts we couldn’t find parts and now we’re gonna try again.
Austin was FAST a diagnosing the issue and getting parts ordered and replacing it i mean FAST and he was very nice
Austin is an excellent service technician. Repair the ice maker quickly. He is a very kind man!
