Took 6 weeks and 5 visits to repair 2 burners on a Kenmore stove! Super inconvenient!! Also the Sears Home Services is the Absolute Worst Home Warranty company I've Ever dealt with. Lesson learned in this one!! Erick Belmer
I had no problem with the repairman named Ben that arrived to finally fix my washer. The issue I encountered was with the 2nd guy that was scheduled to come on July 2, but no one showed. The AI assistant rescheduled for July 3. A man showed on July 3 that was supposed to install the parts that the first repairman (Todd) ordered. I didn’t catch his name. He refused to install the new pump into my washer because the first man that diagnosed the issue did not place the cover back on the washer (June 23). That’s it. All he had t... read more
