Very nice gentleman that came out today. The center gas burner isnt working at all, so he put in for a replacement part. But everything else works. Very happy to get my stove back. I liked that he asked what went wrong with my stove. I explained that initially the main oven and middle burner would work hit and miss over a couple of weeks. Then suddenly the display board just shut off. Hopefully i can get my middle burner working. This is the second time for this particular claim that a technician came out.
Technician was excellent, when he finally came. The scheduling was terrible, however. We were rescheduled five times, killing that many days waiting. And there is no way to get ahold of a live person to discuss the situation.
Tyler was awesome. He went above and beyond to fix multiple issues with the washer. LGs are notoriously difficult to work on but he was patient in diagnosing the problems and always kept us informed of what he was doing. He was always on time and even reached out on his off day to check in. Highly recommend him for your appliance repairs! The company itself, specifically the AI bot customer service/scheduler is awful. Rescheduled appointments with no advance notice and can’t handle basic questions.
