The technician did not show. We called American Home Shield and was told the technician called to get authorization but after 10 minutes on hold hung up and closed out the service call. This is completely unacceptable and horrendously inconvenient after taking leave from work to be home for the appointment.
The technician was great, the message system/website is horrible. 30 minutes after the technician left, I got a message that he was 3 stops away.
