On a very humid day, your service representative had to go into the attic to get to the air handler because that wasn't working....up there several times.....without hesitation....needed a fuse Also the outside unit wasn't working.... working outside he found out the problem and installed a new capacitor. Congratulations to you .....you have a deadicated employee!!!!
