You cannot speak with a live agent. I was given a 2 hour window from 9:30 am to 11:30 am with a note saying I would contacted if there was a delay. Nobody showed up in time period. Not until 4 hours later did I get a message that it would now be 5 pm. Nobody showed up at 5. I could not contact a live agent. Someone showed up finally at 6:30 but I wasn’t home then. My appointment was set up for 7-21-2025 Between the hours of 8 o’clock and 5 o’clock. On that day, I received a revised schedule they would be here At approximately 11 to 1145. No-show. Received a revised time of approximately 2 to 245. Again, no show. At about 6 o’clock, I receive day revised appointment time of approximately 720 to 809. For the third time, they were a no-show.
