Technician noshow/ no call twice.
The gentleman did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. The repair was completed incredibly fast and works as expected. Habib had to come back and make adjustments, but just as the first visit, he was great and expedient.
Technician was professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and fixed the problem.
