There was a great deal of problems scheduling a Sears technician and have the person actually show up as promised. We were informed that our service was cancelled on the morning that the service was scheduled to take place after waiting three weeks. We were told that there was a problem regarding personell. As a result, we were not happy not having an oven for Thanksgiving. A second service date was scheduled by Sears for December 24th. Awesome customer service
I am dealing with a home warranty co and they kept scheduling date when I couldn't be home but Cade with Sears called and made a mutual time that worked he also kept me up to date with what was going on he also made the calls to have my furnace replaced.
No wonder Sears as a corporation is gone. Terrible customer service.
