Corry G, the technician, was great. He explained everything and gave me an estimate. The estimate was insanely overpriced and was, essentially, the purchase price of a brand new washing machine. None of that is Corry G’s fault. Sears wants their techs to sell overpriced services which amounts to price gouging. Avoid at all costs!
5 stars for David and Cory, but no stars for value for the money. Oven worked when they turned it on, so no work was done. David and trainee Cory advised for future when oven fully breaks down. That was helpful. But would a phone call have saved them time and me money? They told me that parts are no longer available for this model. That conversation could have happened on the phone.
