He did great with the dishwasher but didn't even look at the oven. He said the work order was for the wrong oven. I sent the the brand and model # for the one I needed looked at. I don't know where the confusion was.
Arrived on time was very knolagble about our refrigerator. Very polite. Would use him again at our home.
He was very friendly and told me everything I needed to know or I did not know very responsive

Technician was good. Very unhappy with the price of the repair supplied by Sears. Icemaker module was quoted at $309.00. Labor was quoted at $250.00. I checked with several sources online and the part could be bought at $164 to $178 plus tax and shipping. At most a little over $200. I furthe R checked online for the time frame to remove the old part and replace the new part. That took about 15 to 20 minutes tops. Does not justify a charge of $250.
