I wish there a zero review. Waited all day for a tech (Joshua) to show up. They gave me a tracker for the arrival and it changed 3 times and then the tracker was disconnected. They gave me a window from 8am-5pm. No show and no call. I also signed up for the uearly warranty they were offering and I canceled that as well. Very disappointed. The tech could of called me if he had to cancel or reschedule. I should not have to reach out to you again. That is your responsibility to make it right. The man knew his stuff and had my fridge doors working like if they were brand new!
